Description:
Many of the pages that have links at http://www.mysql.com/training/certification/ respond with HTTP 302 Found headers and redirect to themselves, causing endless redirect loops.

One such example is http://www.mysql.com/training/certification/candguide/index.html

How to repeat:
Access the URL provided as an example in any web browser

This has been fixed in production
