Description:
Because "Apply SQL Script to Database" window is scrollable, it can be easy to miss Column Comments that are truncated

How to repeat:
Add a Column Comment longer than 1024 characters

Suggested fix:
Have a message acknowledgement box popup to confirm comment will be truncated

Since there's currently a bug id=45458 where Column Comments can be truncated to much less than 1024 characters, such a message box would have been helpful.

But even without the bug, I would like a message box to confirm truncation.
