Figure 17.13 Queued Transactions is same as Figure 17.14, which seems incorrect.

Figure 17.13 should have transaction replay from Applied Cache to DB server.

Thanks for raising this. It looks like we fixed it already at some point but didn't close off the bug. It is fine now in 5.7 and 8.0 so I'll close.
