Description:
I can't install MySql for Visual Studio after the last VS update.
I verified the problem both in Windows 7 Ultimate sp1 updated and in Windows 10 Pro fully updated.
I installed
- Visual Studio community 2017 v. 15.3.5
- Mysql Installer 5.7.19
- MySql for Visual studio 1.2.7
This happened after the update of VS to 15.3.5
I tried to disinstall and reinstall everithing (both mysql and visual studio), but it doesn't work.
I cleaned registry with Wise Registry Cleaner
In MySql installer it says I must install visual studio
If I run MySql For Visual Studio installer (msi file) it ends with an error and rollback without installing the program.
I saved the installer log file and I will send it when the bug will be opened

How to repeat:
install visual studio
download mysql for visual studio installer
run mysql-for-visualstudio-1.2.7.msi

Installer log, ending with the failure

Attachment: mysqlvs2017.log (application/octet-stream, text), 1.26 MiB.
