Description:
This is actually about www.mysql.com rather than bugs.mysql.com, but it
looks like the latter is the only choice in the "MySQL Websites"
category.

Go to https://www.mysql.com/certification/, select "Russia" from the
drop-down list under "Select your country for available certification
and certification paths:" and click "Go".

You will be redirected to www.suntrainingcatalogue.com, which I think is
a little outdated :)

How to repeat:
See above.

Suggested fix:
Redirect to https://education.oracle.com as done for other countries.
