Description:
I have Visual Studio 2017 Community, version 15.3.3 installed. When running MySQL Installer, version 1.4.20.0, I attempt to add MySQL for Visual Studio, but the application is grayed out and the option to install it is not available. An error is displayed. 1.2.7 Has Failing Requirements. Visual Studio Version 2012, 2013, 2015 or 2017 must be installed.

How to repeat:
Install Visual Studio 2017 Community version 15.3.3. Load the following components into Visual Studio 2017: Universal Windows Platform development, .Net desktop development, Desktop development with C++, ASP.NET and web development, visual Studio extension development.

Run MySQL Installer version 1.4.20.0 and attempt to add the application: MySQL for Visual Studio

The duplicate Bug #85908 does not have a solution for me and has a status of "Can't Replicate" and has been closed. This issue is still there. I have tried to install MySQL for Visual Studio on two different computers running Windows 7. But MySQL Installer does not recognize that Visual Studio has been installed.

Please reopen the Bug #85908 and have someone retest the issues on a machine that has never had MySQL or Visual Studio installed on it before and attempt the installation with the latest versions of each.
