The duplicate Bug #85908 does not have a solution for me and has a status of "Can't Replicate" and has been closed. This issue is still there. I have tried to install MySQL for Visual Studio on two different computers running Windows 7. But MySQL Installer does not recognize that Visual Studio has been installed. Please reopen the Bug #85908 and have someone retest the issues on a machine that has never had MySQL or Visual Studio installed on it before and attempt the installation with the latest versions of each.
