Description:
Hi all, 
Workbench 6.3.9 CE freeze when copy the Row feature.

How to repeat:
1. Row limited = 5,000
2. there are 2 tables
  The 1st table "A" has 4 columns
  The 2nd table "B" has 86 columns (it's Raw data)
The Query result 87 columns including 86 columns from "B" and 1 column on from "A"

3. From the Query result, I select all cells and try to "Copy Rows (name without quotes)" 

after that, Workbench freeze forever, I have to Terminate the Application and start again.

Thank you for the bug report. Probably duplicate however I wasn't able to find it.
