Description:
Table field order on MySQLWorkBench (Version 6.3.9) stopped working after upgrading OS to OSX Sierra. I have tried to check with many version of MySQLWorkBench but none of them works under OSX Sierra for this functionality.

How to repeat:
1. Install MySQLWorkBench on OSX Sierra
2. Go to modeling screen create table and fields
3. On Table view at the bottom, if you try to hold one of field above or below of another field to change order of the fields. This one does not allow me to do it.

Under the El Captain (OSX), it was working with MySQLWorkBench Version 6.3.7

Hello David,

Thank you for the report.
Verified as described.
Workaround for now is to right click and "Move up" and "Move Down" options.

Thanks,
Umesh

Why this problem is still persisting on version 6.9.10 and 8.0.x ?

This issue applies to the legacy MySQL Workbench 8.x implementation that is no longer supported or maintained.
MySQL Workbench 26.7 is a complete rewrite using a new technology stack and does not use the affected legacy implementation.
Therefore, this issue is not applicable to the current MySQL Workbench product and as such is closed.
