Description:
On the visual explain page, when you move the mouse to a query step, a popup window appears with detailed information. When the item is too close to the bottom right edge of the screen, the popup windows flashes up but disappears.

How to repeat:
Create a query. Click on explain. Use visual explain. Make sure, that you have a query step - like "Non-Unique Key Lookup" - near to the bottom right edge of the screen. (Move the workbench window, if necessary.) Move the mouse to that item to see the popup window.

Suggested fix:
The above problem does not appear, when the popup window is close to the bottom XOR to the right of the screen. Probably there's already a fix in the code, but without handling "bottom AND right" scenario correctly?
