Description:
We are facing Out of sync with server frequently. This mostly occurring in case, when inserting more than 2 rows and fetching some record set concurrently.

 Mysql Server version  5.0 
 Mysql connector version 6.9.3

How to repeat:
This mostly occurring in case, when inserting more than 2 rows and fetching some record set concurrently. through .NET Web application
