Description:
After the update of MySQL Workbench to GTK 3, whenever I open the modelling tool, the main section is loaded with its height equals to zero.

That forces me to drag the section bottom border down so I can see all elements in it.

How to repeat:
1. Open MySQL Workbench
2. Create a new Model (or open an existing one)

Suggested fix:
Set the main section height to its parent height

Hello Diogo,

Thank you for the feedback.
I could not repeat the issue at our end using with MySQL workbench 6.3.10 version with MySQL 5.7.21 and 5.6.39 versions.
If you can provide more information, feel free to add it to this bug and change the status back to 'Open'.
