Description:
After the upgrade of MySQL Workbench to GTK 3, some layouts are getting "truncated". For example, if I open the Data Export screen, I cannot select any schema or table because the height of the list is so low that no item is visible.

This issue is occurring with a mid resolution monitor (1366 x 768).

There are other screens presenting the same behaviour.

Other issue is that some dialogs' heights are greater than the monitor's one. That makes the action buttons (at the bottom of the dialog) to be inaccessible.

How to repeat:
1. Open MySQL Workbench
2. Connect to a server
3. Select Management > Data Export menu

Suggested fix:
Refactor the layout to use minimum values to height of elements and make use of scrollable layouts as well

Thank you for the bug report. I am able to expand the left panel for example with 6.3.10. Thanks.
