Description:
Permit the user to define the S3 hostname parameter when performing a MySQL Enterprise Backup to AWS S3.  For example:

--cloud-aws-hostname=S3alternative.com

Also, as mentioned in the MySQL Enterprise Backup 4.1.0 documentation, backups to S3 are not working "due to issues."  Please fix this invaluable functionality.
