Build based on changeset

  Generate warning in ha_delete_table() if files is missing in handler

Same error on 'ita2' and 'octane2-64bit':

.../mysqltest: At line 127: query 'set @@transaction_alloc_block_size=1024*20-1' failed: 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query
(the last lines may be the most important ones)
