Description:
downloading the 5.6.36 installer from here:
https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/windows/installer/5.6.html

filename is mysql-installer-community-5.6.36.0.msi

upon running it is trying to install 5.7.18

this only occurs on server 2016. the same file downloaded on windows 7 or 10 is going to install 5.6.36, however the server 2016 will only install 5.7.18

the application i will be using requires 5.6

How to repeat:
download the installer on a server 2016 platform and run it.

Suggested fix:
make it install the correct version.

I could not repeat the issues at our end using Windows Installer 5.6.36 version.
Could you please provide repeatable test case (exact steps, screenshot etc. - please make it as private if you prefer) to confirm this issue at our end?
