Description:
I'm trying to migrate data from PostgreSQL into MYSQL using the workbench migration wizard.  I've gotten as far as the create target results stage and its crashing, it was also crashing  when it was trying to create the tables. 

It crashes on the create target results page , when i click on the next button. 

The error message I'm getting is Unhandled Exception:list index out of range.

How to repeat:
Clicking on the next button,  causes the error message box Unhandled exception: list index out of range.
