In interactive/GUI mode there is no such problem.

Hello Peter, Thank you for the bug report. I could not repeat the issues at our end using Windows 7 and MySQL for Windows Installer 1.4.19.0 version. Thanks, Chiranjeevi.

It has been failing for me for several months now on Win10. Only today I was able to capture the console output. I am running a dual-boot configuration with Win10 as 2nd system partition but that should not matter.

The connection problem is intermittent. Yesterday and today it connected. However i have observed that when there is an updated manifest available, it is not found by the Installer in scheduled mode. In interactive/GUI mode it is.
