Description:
The Schema Transfer Wizard won't open a second time after transferring one schema until MySQL Workbench is restarted.

How to repeat:
1. Open Schema Transfer Wizard
2. Transfer a schema
3. Click Finish to close the "Schema Transfer Wizard" tab
4. Try to open Schema Transfer Wizard again
