Description:
The table designer lacks support for DATETIME([fsp]) column definitions.

(in addition the trigger designer marks SET new.colname = NOW([fsp]) as a syntax error)

How to repeat:
attempt to create a 5.7-compatible table whose datetime definition features a precision (e.g.: DATETIME(6))

Suggested fix:
add support for validating fractional DATETIME columns/functions.
