Description:
I tried to install MySQL on my Windows 10 64bit machine, but it fails to install Visual Studio every time. There is no error message, but the box mentions "Requirement: Visual Studio 2012, 2013, 2015 or 2017 must be installed.".

I have Visual Studio 2017 installed. Also have Python 3.4 installed. I tried the web and full download version from here:

https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/installer/

Can you please advise on how to fix this?

How to repeat:
Please see above.
