Description:
i provided all Privileges to access MYSQL server from different PC's in same network, it is also working but getting delay while connecting to MYSQL(approx 10 Sec). if i connect through local host(127.0.0.1) in server machine, then MYSQL server is working properly.

Please help me, If anybody knows.

How to repeat:
