Description:
Add an option to ndb_config to print all the configuration that are different from the default configuration of the node.

How to repeat:
Its a new enhancement. Can read the user manual for more help.

Suggested fix:
Add a new option.(--diff_default).

Documented feature addition in the NDB 7.4.16, 7.5.7, and 7.6.3 changelogs, as follows:

    Added the --diff-default option for ndb_config. This option
    causes the program to print only those parameters having values
    that differ from their defaults.

Also added the new option to the documentation of the ndb_config tool for the versions stated.
