Description:
Upon fresh install of MySQL Workbench and creating or loading an EER/ERD Model Diagram the Forward Engineer button in the Database menu does not load a configuration window. 

It seems Reverse Engineering works fine, as do all other items in this menu. No errors are presented to record. 

How to repeat:
- Open Application
- File > New Model
- Double click "Add Diagram"
- Place a New Table (optional)
- Database > Forward Engineer
** No Action or Error Messages **
