Description:
MySQL 5.7 Reference manual, Table 16.1 reports that NDB does *not* support foreign key.
However, according to the below link, foreign keys have been introduced in NDB Cluster 7.3: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/mysql-cluster-ndb-innodb-engines.html

How to repeat:
Check table 16.1 in https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/storage-engines.html

Suggested fix:
Update "No" to "Yes" in Foreign key feature row for NDB cluster
