Description:
Client normally holds last-known state of code for a given "saved connection" at an instance level (by number of connections). 

If you have an open connection to any instance # of a stored connection, and your computer experiences a hard-power-off (battery dies or full power recycle to PC), if you re-open the MySQL workbench client on a new wireless network (different from what was last known before the battery died or when full power recycle of PC was performed), the client loses/corrupts all stored code for all connection count instances of that stored connection in "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\MySQL\Workbench\sql_workspaces".

I could not repeat the issues at our end changing wireless network and power off conditions with MySQL workbench 6.3.9 version.
