Description:
Please consider changing the page numbering format to chapter-number where chapter is the chapter number and number is the page number in the chapter.  By doing this, those of us who want to update sections can without having to reprint from the change point forward.  This is especially true if the update changes the page numbers of subsequent pages and/or index entries and/or TOC pointers.  Help us save a tree or two, please.

How to repeat:
Look at the printed page numbers in the PDF file and note that they aren't broken down by section.

Our page numbering is handled by third-party stylesheets and we try to avoid deviating from the standard stylesheets.
