This is marked as non-critical. Is there a workaround to run the deploy / forward engineer for the time being? Thanks !

I am having the same issue on Mac OS X 10.11.6. As a *partial* workaround I've been able to use the "Synchronize Model" feature for all of my changes so far on a database that has already been created. Perhaps creating a blank DB and using the Synchronize Model would work for those wanting similar functionality to the "Forward Engineer".

I believe the workaround is incomplete. I wish to insert records while I forward engineer and I believe there's no workaround for that.

How can this not be a critical issue ? If I want to reset my dev environment, then this is a critical functionality. If you have some default data, which needs to be inserted as well, then this will help so much.
