Description:
MySQL Enterprise Audit does log with UTC only.

https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/audit-log-file.html
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/audit-log-file.html

"The time zone is always UTC." in <TIMESTAMP>

Need timezone setting for audit logs (e.g. JST), like mysqld's option

log_timestamps = SYSTEM

etc...

How to repeat:
N/A

Suggested fix:
Make new option for auditlog_timestamp or behave based on mysqld's option
