Posted by developer: Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 8.0.0 release, and here's the changelog entry: Object rights, DDL rights, and other rights related to schema privileges set for a user account were not visible from the Administration – Users and Privileges tab on the Windows platform. Thank you for the bug report.
