From https://dev.mysql.com/doc/index-connectors.html
when I (apparently) successfully download "MySQL for Visual Studio"
from http://downloads.mysql.com/docs/mysql-for-visual-studio-en.pdf

The copy I get fails to be read by Adobe Reader DC (Version 2015.023.20053)
with the error message:
	Adobe Acrobat Reader DC could not open 'mysql-for-visual-studio-en.pdf' because
	it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for
	example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

I tried to download mysql-for-visual-studio-en.pdf three more times with the same error.

I successfully downloaded and opened in Adobe 7 other .pdf files.

How to repeat:
Download "MySQL for Visual Studio"
from http://downloads.mysql.com/docs/mysql-for-visual-studio-en.pdf
and try to read it in Adobe Reader DC
