Description:
used package: mysql-community-server 5.7.17-1debian8

would be great if /etc/init.d/mysql would support an extra startup parameter (e.g. boootstrap) which starts mysqld with -- group_replication_bootstrap_group=ON

this could be used to programatically setup a GR node
