Description:
When i made the database in workbench and wanted to implement it to my database, i got an error #121. i needed to change the caption of it. i think a program that works together needs to come with the error before someone finish with all the steps with forward engineer.

How to repeat:
by every foreign key that you use with the same name it will repeats itself without knowing at the end of the structure

Suggested fix:
That the workbench does come with a pop up or at least say that it isnt problem. i would be even perfect when it happends when you make the foreign key.
