Description:
When installing mysql using the windows installer, the message "Incorrect Command Line Parameters." appears and the installation goes no further.

How to repeat:
Just run the setup.exe from the 4.1.9 download for windows with installer on a Windows 2003 Server.

Suggested fix:
The only way I have gotten the application to install is to download the version without an installer and install the whole thing manually.

I was able to installl on Windows 2003 without any problem.

Same issue with 4.1.15.  Have admin rights.  Not thrilled about doing a manual install.  Oh well.
