Description:
Several earlier patches have reduced boost usage in the server.
This means that we currently set -I to boost headers for files that no longer need it.
This is untidy and it also means that several compilation warnings are disabled which can now be enabled (warnings disabled earlier because of boost).

Fixed in 8.0.1.

Code cleanup. No changelog needed.
