Description:
I wanted to check the structure of a table I was looking at and tried to use the new command idl2sdi.

The man page is basically empty without examples.
The document page is still empty https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/ibd2sdi.html

I'm sure a lot of this is because 8.0 is still DMR but it would be good to provide the required documentation as if 8.0 crashes and being a DMR version it might do this sort of utility would be good to use.

How to repeat:
run man idl2sdi
look at url

Suggested fix:
- fix man page
- add docs to dev.mysql.com
