Description:
MySQL Enterprise Backup lacks option backup-and-apply-log-to-image

the apply-log phase is critical and time consuming. Thus we do not want to do this during restore (copy-back-and-apply-log) but during backup.

Suggested fix:
Implement feature. Possibly not too easy?
