Description:
Sorry for reporting maybe a nuisance but i'm very new to mysql.
I've tried to use MySQL Query Browser 1.1.5 with MySQL 5.02alfa, working with the "mysql" database, just to test the interface.
When i specify in the connection window (Connect to Mysql Server instance) the correct parameters for the connection (I connect to root@localhost), I get the main query browser window with, in the right panel, the schemata i want to connect to (es. mysql) saying "Fetching..." and, after some seconds, I get an access violation windows stating that mysql-nt has crashed (I'll try to attach the minidump).

I don't get the same error with the server version 4.1.9.

I hope this is not a fake just depending on my being novice to the system.
Thanks

How to repeat:
Install MySQL 5.02alfa on Windows XP Sp2
Install MySQL Query Browser 1.1.5
verify that the Command line client connects correctly
try to connect via MySql query browser to "mysql" database
