----[For better reports, please attach the log file after submitting. You can find it in C:\Users\nguyendt\AppData\Roaming\MySQL\Workbench\log\wb.log]

load data infile 'tran_lim2_ap.csv' into table sakila.test: Error Code: 1290. The MySQL server is running with the --secure-file-priv option so it cannot execute this statement

when i do show variables; there is no list returned (no variables)
I've checked the start of mysql services, it references correctly the my.ini file
"C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\bin\mysqld.exe" --defaults-file="C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.7\my.ini" MYSQL57

How to repeat:
At installation show variables works , then i don't know why it is no more possible ... i've reinstalled the product but no success
