Description:
     Hello,
My name is Ravi Kant I am from India, working in Gougoan. I am a web developer using PHP My-SQL we have our hosting on yahoo domain. few days eariler i found a bug type thing in my mysql-server on web that is .
I designed a table and i gave primary key to one of my feild name but after some time we realized that, teh primary key was not working properly some time is shows that that supplied entry is duplicate but few minutes after it starts taking duplicate entrie. so i emptied my table and in my script (PHP) i had to put a check from database and to comming entries. that it is duplicate or not. now i m ok but i want to ask if we are using best utilitiz in world so why we have to put some extra care of our work because right now i only have 2000 rows in my database so it is not a problem to delete it but if it gose beyond 10000 and if then this problem arised so i will be insane i will be of no where. but now due to help of php i put a check on in coming data.
my MY-SQL version is 3.23.49 on yahoo domain.

if u can tell me what is the exect problem and its solution so i will be very thankfull to you.

How to repeat:
firstly i kept 2 primary keys so i thought ddue to of this it comes but when i put only single primary key o the field then also sometimes my table accepts the value which is duplicate in primary key field.
I don't konw how it happens but it may cause any time but i saw is in ver.
