Description:
Start Import button in Import From Disk Panel overrided by Output Action Panel

How to repeat:
1. Open Management tab. Now select Data Import/Restore 
2. In Import from Disk Panel we can see Start Import Button now open Output Action tab in the bottom side.
3.Resize the Output Action tab to the top ,here our Import from Disk Panel is not adjusted properly hence our Start Import Button gets override.
