This is similar to:
 - Bug #68199 Month-by-month (tide) stats for 5.7 absent
 - Bug #60393 Month-by-month (tide) stats for 5.5 absent

The tide page doesn't yet list bugs for 8.0. There are already bugs reported against 8.0.
