I tried building 4.1.9 on a fresh installation of OpenBSD 3.6 without problems.

As *all* internal gcc errors i've ever seen were caused by hardware problems,
especially bad RAM, i'd suggest to check your machine using e.g. memtest86

Ok, I will try but i have this error on two server 1 at home and 1 at work its strange...with openbsd 3.6 on two.  And its not a the same place of compile the crash.

I have successfully compile on one but the second i have change the memory for a new 64MB and i have an other error .....
