Description:
It doesn't quite make sense to me that Command + S = saving a SQL file, but Command + O defaults to a model file and not SQL.

I'm sure the way you've designed is useful to someone out there, but not everyone I'd imagine. And while of course this is a minor inconvenience with a workaround. It would be wonderful to have a unified Open Dialog that can be accessed by CMD + O.

Thank you.

How to repeat:
Command + O defaults to a model file and not SQL.

Suggested fix:
It would be wonderful to have a unified Open Dialog that can be accessed by CMD + O.

Hello!

Thank you for the feedback!
Workaround is to use "Open SQL Script	Modifier+Shift+O" - https://dev.mysql.com/doc/workbench/en/wb-keys.html

Thanks,
Umesh
