Description:
We're using Visual Studio 2015 (Version 14.0.25425.01 Update 3). We're using EntityFramework (v6.1.3) in a WebAPI project.

Having installed any MySQL .NET connector after 6.8.8 (using NuGet package manager to install relevant MySQL.Data and MySQL.Data.Entity dependencies). When we go to update our database model from the database, after selecting the connection the connection dialogue simply disappears - we have had some success with 7.0.3 (now apparently not available), but other versions 6.8.8, 6.9.9 and 7.0.4 all exhibit this same problem with the connection dialogue.

How to repeat:
As above
