Description:
MySQL Workbench uses tabs to separate connections or different panes inside a given connection. These tabs can be closed with the mouse, generally by clicking the grey "X" at the right of the tab.

Since the X is small and since the zone in which a click is considered as a request to close the tab is not defined by borders (at least under Windows 10), I often click outside the zone. I then wait for a few seconds, then figure out I must have clicked outside the zone and click again.

While it is common for tabs not to delimit the zone in which is accepted, misclicks will happen a lot more when there is no feedback indicating that the cursor is in the zone. Firefox, Chrome, Edge, MSIE (and even this very tracker, though not for tabs) all hint the user when the cursor has entered the zone.

Delimiting the zone or providing a visual hint when the zone is entered would help.

How to repeat:
Not a bug
