Description:
Bug 32228 is documented to be fixed in 5.5.18 and 5.6.4. While 5.5 tree contains both the code fix and its testcase (rpl.rpl_cant_read_event_incident), the 5.6 and 5.7 trees have the code fix and I'm unable to find the testcase. What happened?

Forward port rpl.rpl_cant_read_event_incident if the testcase omission is accidental
