Description:
One of the 8 SQL Nodes currently configured doesn't join the cluster completely. It shows this error in the mysqld.log

160629 12:48:45 [Note] execute index stats listener failed: error 1427 line 2535

On the management servers it is being shown as one of the 8 configured connections for this SQL node is not connected while the 'not connected' nodeid is flapping between these 8 nodeids.

When executing show processlist on other SQL nodes (and the affected node) we see this state

'Waiting for ndbcluster global schema lock'

How to repeat:
It's a cluster of 2 nodegroups, 8 NDB datanodes, 8 SQL Nodes and 4 Management nodes

It was due to a misconfigured switch, please accept my apologies.
