Description:
It is easy to overlook in Fabric documentation that first command in Fabric must be "mysqlfabric manage setup".

(And it doesn't help that without that command fabric will show strange messages like 'Access denied').

How to repeat:
"setup" command is mentioned late in 6th subsection after "quick start" and "mysqlfabric utility"

Suggested fix:
it definitely must be mentioned as part of "Fabric configuration" and before "Starting and Stopping MySQL Fabric Nodes".
