Description:
Cmd+M (or "Modifier+M", according to the MySQL docs), does not minimize the window.

How to repeat:
Open the app in Mac OS X. While the app is displayed on screen, press CMD+M. Note that it doesn't minimize as is standard for other Mac apps.

Suggested fix:
Please make it work like a normal Mac app that minimize with Cmd+M.
