Description:
Access to the path 'c:program files\MySQL\MySQL Workbench CE 5.2.35\db_utils.pyc' is denied

How to repeat:
start > all programs > MySQL > MySQL Workbench 5.2 CE

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat with current version 6.3.6.

Running as admin works (right click on MySQL Workbench and select 'run as administrator')
